No one will be calling your company if they don't know anything about you!

The vast majority of marketing is aimed at brand awareness- making your target audience aware that you exist and building trust through familiarity.

You need to answer some very basic questions in order to have an effective marketing campaign.

Who Are You?

You are new. You need an identity. You need to make your target audience aware of you.

What is your company attitude?

  • Fun
  • Silly
  • Wild
  • Energetic
  • Friendly
  • Sweet
Pick a word or two to guide you in naming your company and creating a logo. It is important to be consistent and use the same wording, logo, colors, and fonts throughout your marketing efforts. It helps emphasize the familiarity the viewer has with your company, which leads to trust and credibility.

What Do You Do?

At the minimum, you want people to know you rent moonwalks.

But, you don't just rent moonwalks- you add fun-excitement-silliness-wildness-energy-friendliness to an event. Your service brings people together and entertains and makes memories that will last forever. These are the kinds of statements that move people to act.

Why Are You the Best?

Your equipment is clean, new, well-inspected, safe, bright, or has the best characters. Your service is reliable, friendly, on time, professional, guaranteed. Read ads for other businesses. What is good about them? What is bad about them? Keep these things in mind when you are writing marketing copy.

Testimonials are powerful and typically very credible. If clients will permit you, you should add a testimonial or two to your website and larger ads or flyers.

How Can You Be Contacted?

This is "the close". If you forget to include contact info, and your ad loses its value. You prevent people from being able to call you while they are motivated.
